Non-automated ultrasonic cleaners use a single or multi-tank design in a single chassis or multi-chassis construction. Separate tanks provide individual chambers for ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic hot water flush rinsing to remove drag-out solution, and a final chamber for hot air drying. The hot water flush-rinse cycle improves finished parts cleaning quality, eliminates ineffective tap water rinsing, and speeds the total clean-to-dry cycle time.
