Compact Water Based Conveyorized Parts Cleaning Systems

Aquamaster E-Series of conveyorized parts washers

The "Aquamaster E-series" is a compact conveyorized parts washing system designed for cellular manufacturing, work cells and limited floor space applications. Belt, chain and indexing style conveyors are available. Standard configurations range from basic wash to wash, rinse, rust inhibit, blowoff and dry. The E-series is designed for cleaning small to medium parts or low profile parts.

The "Aquamaster" conveyorized parts washer is a fully modular parts washing system available in belt, chain, indexing, monorail or rotary drum configurations. Standard modules are available for wash, rinse, rust inhibit, blowoff, and drying of manufactured parts. Modules can be tailored to fit specific applications. Parts cleaned can range from a few ounces to several hundred pounds.

The FulAcess^TM canopy (shown below) is a revolutionary breakthrough in aqueous parts washers and is used on all of our conveyorized parts cleaning systems. This special canopy design provides several important advantages.
