The Model 375G is a gas heated wastewater evaporator.  It comes in two models, The Model 375G carbon steel version and the Model 375G-SS 316L Stainless Steel version.  Typical applications include minimizing wastewater from machining and grinding, parts washing fluids, compressor condensate, mop waters, paint & ink wash-ups, photographic solutions, and many other water based waste streams.  Installation is simple consisting of an electrical hookup and a 16" diameter vent stack. The unit can be filled in three different ways: (1) Plumb the feed source into the supplied 2" coupling; (2) Remove the lid and manually fill the unit; or (3) Use the optional 70 GPM fill pump.  An auto-fill option is also available.  The auto-fill and fill pump options include a cleanout valve for removing concentrated liquid waste from the evaporator.  After an initial heat up time of approximately one hour, the Model 375G will evaporate up to 40 to 55 gallons per hour of water.  The unit shuts down automatically via a low level control.  A high temperature thermostat provides a secondary shutdown system.  When a cycle is completed, the liquid waste material can either be removed through a 2" step down drain or pumped out.  To facilitate solids removal the tank lid is removable and the tank floor is funneled.
