EMC
manufactures a complete line of aqueous automatic Parts Washers for
cleaning and degreasing equipment or parts for industrial and automotive
applications. Our parts washers, manufactured since 1981, have been
proven in thousands of applications to provide excellent cleaning
performance while minimizing maintenance costs, energy usage, and labor
costs.
All EMC
POWERJET
Automatic Parts Washers come with a low water shutdown system to protect
the heating system, a 7 Day Heating System Timer for unattended operation,
and our patented variable weir oil skimmer for removing floating material
to prolong the cleaning solution life.

For energy efficiency and safety, all EMC Parts Washers
have insulated wash cabinets and doors. (When was the last time you
purchased a hot water heater or refrigerator that was not insulated?)
Insulation can reduce energy costs up to 50% and allows the system to
maintain wash temperature in heavy usage conditions. Also, exposed
hot tank surfaces are eliminated, reducing the chance of accidental
burning.
To minimize cleanout time and maintenance costs, all
EMC Parts Washers have deep funneled floors with 2" ball valves to
easily drain the cleaning solution. All components used in the
manufacture of EMC Parts Washers are industry standardized and easily
available from local suppliers.
