The Next Generation Solvent Systems
The ENV 1500 is unique is several ways.
Its dominant aspect is the hermetically sealed process chamber where
cleaning solution is brought to the parts rather than the parts being
transported to the liquid. All cleaning, rinsing and drying take place in
a single hermetically sealed chamber. The process chamber contains spray
manifolds, ultrasonics and 3600 overflow weir providing the
most effective fluid agitation for cleaning intricate components. When the
final rinse is complete, a low pressure vacuum is pulled in the chamber to
capture any remaining solvent molecules. The vapors are passed through the
SVRSTM
(Solvent Vapor Recovery System).
The SVRSTM
consists of a cooled exchanger for condensation. The condensate is then
returned to the system storage tank which feeds "used"
fluid to the SRSTM (Solvent Recycle System). The SRSTM
reclaims the "used" fluid, stores it in the reservoir
tank ready for the next cleaning cycle. Once vapors have been eliminated
from the process chamber, the chamber door opens. The cycle is complete.
