Aqueous Cleaning System & Vacuum Drying

Aqueous Cleaning System & Vacuum Drying

The ENV 2000 Product Series overcomes the primary obstacle inherent to aqueous precision cleaning systems, namely drying. HyperFlo's patented vacuum drying process with its "Micro-Injector" accelerates the drying procedure. The ENV 2000 Series combines simplicity, efficiency, high purity aqueous cleaning and vacuum drying into a cost effective turn-key system. No operator intervention is required during the process cycle.

Cleaning, rinsing and drying take place in a single hermetically sealed chamber. The process chamber is electropolished to a mirror finish greatly enhancing the effectiveness of the cleaning and drying functions. The system incorporates continuous inline micro-level filtration of cleaning and rinsing fluids. The circulation system provides varying degrees of fluid turbulence depending on the demand of the application. The rinse cycle employs both spray rinse and spray immersion with hot, high purity D.I. water. For the final rinsing, the chamber fills and overflows the weir with hot D.I water, all of which is then recirculated and filtered; ensuring the absolute cleanliness of the rinse. When the final rinse is complete, parts are vacuum dried. The cycle is complete.
