Horizontal Rotary
Tables
Designed for the international market,
Eimeldingen builds horizontal rotary tables 8" to 160" diameter with load
capacities up to 265,000 lbs! These tables are suitable for both machining and metrology
applications. Eimeldingen provides flexibility in table design with square, rectangular,
round and pallet-receiver station table platens. AC or DC motors are specifically chosen
for your application and can be mounted on the left or right side of the table. Precision
incremental encoders or rotary inductosyn measuring systems are coupled directly to the
table platen for accurate positioning data.

Bearings
All Eimeldingen tables are equipped with
pre-loaded radial axial roller bearings to ensure easy and exact adjustment of the table
platen. These bearings have a high load capacity in both horizontal and vertical planes. |
Clamping
All Eimeldingen tables feature distortion-free
active clamping. |
Drives
Eimeldingen tables are built with
backlash-free, adjustable worm wheel gears made of a special bronze, with a specifically
designed tooth configuration for higher torque. |
Measuring Systems
ROD 250, 700, 800, 905, inductosyn and linear encoder
measuring systems are available. |
Motors
AC- and DC- motors are available. Motors are sized to
the specific application involved. |
