Sanding, buffing, polishing, and grinding operations can produce dust that may be difficult or impossible to capture with conventional dust collection systems. The Aercology AerBooth^TM Cartridge Filtration system combines dust control, lighting, and optional noise control into a self-contained workstation for efficient contaminant collection. The AerBooth^TM removes dust-laden air from the workspace without restricting the movement or visibility of the worker. Choose an AerBooth^TM when: performing multiple operations, worker mobility is critical, or working with extra large or odd-shaped pieces.

Filter cleaning is easy! An automatic timer controls the jet pulse of compressed air. As air passes through the filter cartridge, collected contaminants fall into the two dust drawers. An optional Photohelic Gauge or Control Panel is available for controlled pulse cleaning. The recirculation feature redirects a portion of the exhaust air into the booth, so a higher velocity of clean air crosses the worker's breathing zone. The AerBooth^TM includes upward sloping, open louver inlets to reduce dust re-entrainment, a magnehelic gauge, and light package. An optional acoustical curtain pack is available for high noise applications.
